Shipping (United States)
- We ship to addresses in the United States only at this time (including the contiguous 48 states; Alaska/Hawaii and territories may require extra transit time or contact support first).
- Free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $75+ subtotal (before tax).
- Orders under $75: $8.00 USD standard shipping.
- Express is $15.00 USD. It stays $15.00 even when standard shipping is free.
- Processing: typically 1–2 business days after payment (excluding weekends/US federal holidays).
- Transit: usually 3–7 business days after processing once handed to the carrier. Delays can occur with weather or carrier volume.
Liquids & packaging
Products are liquid detailing chemicals. We package to minimize leaks. Do not store bottles in extreme heat. Always follow label instructions. If a carrier restricts a specific formula, we will contact you to rearrange or refund that line item.
Order tracking
When a tracking number is available, we email it to the address used at checkout. For status questions, email support@elitedetaildepot.com with your order email and approximate purchase date.
Returns & refunds
- Damaged or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the affected item.
- Unopened product: you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
- Opened chemical products generally cannot be restocked for safety reasons and are non-returnable except for defect or our error.
- Refund timing depends on Shopify Payments and your bank (often 5–10 business days after we issue the refund).
Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, email support@elitedetaildepot.com ASAP. Once shipped, use the returns process above.
